Background
Don began his affiliation with Armstrong & Quaile Associates in August 2003. His financial services career began with Money Concepts in early 2000.
 
Don’s engineering career spanned 15 years with Nortel Networks where he held various project management roles and was responsible for implementing many of the high-tech automated processes used in manufacturing. This helped him develop strong interpersonal, presentation and in-depth problem solving skills.
